Privileges will only be extended upon presentation of a valid Club at the Hyatt card and until the date indicated on the card.
Your membership card is for your personal use only and is strictly non-transferable. To ensure exclusivity we may request further identification and should we believe that a non-member is using a member's card, then no discount will be given.
Grand Hyatt Taipei regrets that we are unable to give the Club at the Hyatt discounts without the member showing a valid Club at the Hyatt card. This restriction will be enforced in every restaurant, so to prevent disappointment please remember to bring your Club at the Hyatt card.
Dining is subject to a 10% service charge and accommodation is subject to a 15.5% service charge and tax.
CONDITIONS OF CLUB R EGISTRATION
Applications for Club at the Hyatt membership are accepted only by a Hyatt hotel in your city of residence (actual residence during the membership period- not residence of passport). Club at the Hyatt reserves the right to accept or decline a membership application for new and renewing members.
LOST CARDS
Loss of your membership Club Card must be reported immediately to the Club at the Hyatt office. A fee of NT$500 will be incurred and a replacement card request form must be signed and submitted to enable us to issue the replacement card together with o new membership number (applicable to the main and supplementary cards).
The Club Member card may be transferred only once during the membership period. The existing members will hand-over all the vouchers and gift certificates, privileges and benefits to the newly appointed member. A transfer fee of NT$500 will be charged and the validity date will remain the same as indicated on the card being transferred.
CANCELLATION
A refund can be arranged within 7 days from receipt of the membership card, providing that the card has not been utilised. The complete package including all voucher s and gift certificates along with the card, GUI and a written request must be returned before a refund can take place.
A 10% discount will be offered for take-away food from restaurants or Baguette goods. Vouchers and gift certificates are not valid for take-away consumption.
CARD AND GIFT CERTIFICATES EXEMPTIONS
The card privileges are not available in conjunction with any other preferential discounts, corporate roles, weekend rates or special events as determined by the individual hotels.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children under the age of four (up to a maximum of two children) dine free of charge if accompanied by a Club at the Hyatt member dining in a buffet-style restaurant; children between the ages of five and twelve are entitled to a 50% discount. If a child dines in a non-buffet style restaurant and orders at least one dish they will be regarded as a diner and the appropriate discounts will apply. Children between five to twelve years dining with Club at the Hyatt member ore considered as diners.
SUPPLEMENTAR Y MEMBERSHIP
The supplementary card will have the some membership number and validity as the main member. The membership is non-transferable. The main and the supplementary cords will not be honoured if the cardholders are sitting of some table. (The main card only will be honoured.) The supplementary cardholder is entitled to the same dining and accommodation privileges as the main member, but this membership will receive no gift certificates.
Grand Hyatt Taipei, reserves the right to modify or amend the conditions of membership without prior notice.
Grand Hyatt Taipei will not be responsible for any personal loss or damage towards the members of Club at the Hyatt.
PERMISSION
As a Club at the Hyatt Member, consent is given to Grand Hyatt Taipei, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation to update and retain information provided by the member on a confidential database. As a member you have agreed that Hyatt may, from time to time, send you information regarding your membership and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
